Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you need to clean up your mess quickly then a robot vacuum and mop is the way to go. The best robot vacuums and mops that I test had superior navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, as well as wires that were tangled.
They're also user-friendly using an app that lets you plan cleaning tasks and track what they're up to.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're searching for the most effective robot vacuum and mop combo with bleeding-edge features look no further than the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This top-of-the-line model is fast and nimble, picking up debris like human hair and pet hair with a near perfect accuracy in our Debris Pickup Test. It also features a sleek interface that includes a mini map of your house and a few on-screen buttons for manual control.
Another noteworthy feature of the S8 is its ability to alter its cleaning mode according to the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will pause and clean its mopping pad more often when it comes across dust, while it will prioritize carpeted areas to mop with a damp pad.
It's got a host of other smart features too, including an alternative dock that connects to your plumbing to clean and wash the mop roller without needing you to manually refill it. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8, you can use voice commands to set the cleaning mode of your room and provide granular control using only your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for a hands-free robot vacuum that can also mop. It's part of a plethora of robot vacuums with combo features with mops, but comes at a lower cost than the majority of competitors.
Like many robovacs Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to get started, including setting up an account on the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've completed this, the robot will start vacuuming and mops easily.
It is important to remember that the mapping process could take some time and the Yeedi Cube may need a few attempts before it has an accurate picture of your room. The object detection feature is hit-and-miss. It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles but got stuck on a rug with tassels that it needed to turn to release itself. These aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great option for those looking for a cleaning companion that does all of the above.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete delivers a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubbers. This results in floors being cleaned, not just being swept. The detachable vacuum stick is a game changer that can reach places even a robot vacuum cannot.
The model is basically identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa and other smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home better and offer dynamic obstacles avoidance. The app's smart features allow you to alter a variety of settings including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping by having both the robot vacuum and mop returning to their charging station after each task to wash their pads, empty their dust bins, and then place the debris in the self-sealing bags. This helps to keep the system tidy and stops allergens from recirculating. The battery life is long enough to remove large areas without the need for a charge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro

As one of the more premium robot vacuum and mop models that are available, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the money. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power, a rotating brush for carpets and hard floors and an excellent obstacles-avoiding. It also has a unique mopping system, that uses a roller that is continuously dosed with water to pick dirt and place it in the dirty water tank.
Its navigation technology was effective and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing and avoiding steps. It struggled with small particles and did not always clear the thresholds in rooms. The operating noise level is also quite high, and it could be a less reliable set-and-forget model than other models.
Like many robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that can replenish its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance simple and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on regular schedules. Eufy's application lets you control all its functions. It provides an easy overview and a variety of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot mowers available, and it offers an impressive mix of mopping and vacuuming performance. website mapping sensors can recognize furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with a reasonable precision. The application allows users to adjust the map coverage, set up no-go zones, or customize cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also engineered to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which is a big pain point with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that rotate at 180 RPM, while applying upward pressure of up to 12N. The mopping system is equipped with intelligent carpet detectors, which lift the pads up when they're near soft surfaces in order to avoid contamination.
The all-in-one docking station serves as a hands-free maintenance center that is able to wash and dry the mops and refilling them with detergent and water. The base station features an integrated dust-processing system that compacts dust and allows for 7 weeks of maintenance free operation.
6. S10
This robot is a few hundred dollars less than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my home office clean. It is also able to reach all corners of my small apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to build a map of your home, so it knows where not to go. And, unlike many vacuums that can mop, it has object/obstacle detection that avoids items such as dog toys and bowls (but not poop).
Other great features include a self emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing, adjustable for water temperature and an extended side-reaching brush that is able to reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also set your own cleaning schedule in the app and set custom the settings for each room in your home.
Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping and can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood rugs with high-pile. If you're looking to save time, it can skip cleaning rooms that aren't dirty. If you have several types of flooring options in your home and don't want to spend more money on a Roborock that has advanced mapping features, this is a great option.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle regular maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes, this little robot is an excellent choice. It comes with a wide range of features, including a self emptying dustbin and a separate dock to refill water, and customizable settings via the app. It's extremely quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. It can't pick tangled rug tassels up, and its battery drains more quickly than other models we've tried.
With a price tag of less than $250 and less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and a handy automation into a sleek. It didn't do as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the much more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra, but it still performed very well overall. It also includes a wide selection of cleaning options to meet your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for debris that is light to the more robust 'Turbo' mode that is ideal for carpeted rooms. It can even remove and reconnect the mop pads without causing your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used in smaller areas. It's silent and fast and can maneuver tight spaces well. It is also very good at removing pet hair from carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its rivals, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has good suction power and can be programmed to take photos of each object it picks (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys), and mark them in the app as "not located', so that they won't be picked up again during future cleanings. The photos are secure, and aren't tied to your account.
It's great at vacuuming, but not as great in mopping. It uses disposable wipes that are clipped onto the bot's bottom and drags them across the floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
